  1. Sorry to hear you have had such a bad experience with this machine @Shelly Samuels. Have you experienced the terrible customer service from Appliances Online? We very much apologise if this is the case. Please feel free to call our 24/7 Australia based call centre on 1300 000 500 and we will try to resolve any issues you have…

  2. The only problem we have consistently is that the top drawer stops frequently. From doing searches, it appears that many people have problem with the tub-home sensor. I found that the cause is due to a broken latch, part of the plastic housing of the CPU assembly, that allows the CPU assembly to flop around, thus misaligning the light pipes in the tub with the emitter/detector in the CPU assembly, these provide the tub-home indicator that tells the CPU that the tub is fully in the frame (there is a prism set in the frame that redirects the emitter’s light back to the detector). So, all one need do is to remove the cover and secure the CPU assembly in position so that it stays put with good , sticky tape. Done. Other than relying on plastic to act as a latch, we’ve had no problems with our Dishdrawer.

  3. If I can have my way, Iโ€™ll buy a double dish drawer again, but unfortunately they made the new ones so super small, that my square plates just just donโ€™t fit in. What a huge disappointment. Our previous one we had was bigger. A BIG let down for sure. ๐Ÿ˜ž

  4. I’ve had a slightly older model of this dishwasher for nearly nine years now, and only had one minor problem with it, until this week when a second minor issue has become apparent. At the time there were lots of reports of poor reliability, but it was so stylish and unique I bought it anyway, and I’m glad I did. One or other of the drawers is used every day, and if I’m doing a lot of baking then both drawers can go on twice in a day, so it’s had some heavy use, but it still works as well as the day it arrived.
